Before you sign up and download or use JoomlaDesign templates for your own purposes, please make sure you have read and understood and agreed to all the terms. By using JoomlaDesign templates or other products we assume that you accepted the terms of use which are given below.

1. Important information

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Registration for the JoomlaDesign Club implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of Joomla Design Studio without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.

2. Product Delivery

After we have succesfully received your payment, your JoomlaDesign Club membership information will be emailed to the email address provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website or send us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Upon logging in with the provided credentials, JoomlaDesign Club members will have instant access to all Joomla Design templates and the Joomla Design forum.

3. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our templates in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml file. You may only remove the copyright from the footer of our templates if so desired.

4. Limited Usage of Products

Your JoomlaDesign Club membership grants you the right to download any available Joomla Design template for the length of your membership. Standard template installations do not expire even after your membership expires, however your access to the download area will be restricted upon the expiration of your membership. Your membership must be renewed if you wish to have continued access the downloads area.

5. Membership Renewal

Any existing JoomlaDesign Club Member who wishes to renew a subscription upon expiration will be eligible for a 20% discount on Individual (Regularly €35) and 30% discount on Developer (Regularly €95) plans.

6. Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our templates, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership in Joomla Design Template Club to anyone else without our prior written consent.

7. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall JoomlaDesign.us be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

8. Updates

All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.

9. Warranty and Support

Joomla Design Studio does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products, other than JomSocial from Azrul for which we carefully test all templates. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee JoomlaDesign.us themes will work with all browser combinations. All members receive access to the support forums for life, even upon expiration of Club membership. JoomlaDesign.us does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.

10. Refunds

Since JoomlaDesign is offering non-tangible irrevocable software products please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.
